How to Promote Quality and Equity of Early Childhood Education for Sustainable Development in Undeveloped Rural Areas of China: An Evolutionary Game Study

چکیده

To promote the sustainable development of early childhood education (ECE) in undeveloped rural areas China, it is vital to guarantee high-quality equity for all children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Focusing on analyzing efficacy Chinese governments’ policy support quality and equity, study constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model ECE providers areas, local governments, central government, correlates financial investment with regulation supervision as strategy combination via reward-punishment mechanism. Through evolution process “change-adjustment-convergence” behavioral decisions, each party seeks optimization achieve ideal stable equilibrium state. The numerical simulation used verify dynamic process. results presented subsidies reward, regulation, have substantive effect improvement equity. Consequently, governments should strengthen ECE, formulate more reasonable reward punishment mechanism, adjust optimize policies measures improve efficiency educational funding. This can provide reference value relevant practical operation new policy-making.
